Omnia features a complete range of titanium osteotomes for the crestal elevation of the maxillary sinus. The universal implant condenser set features a truncated, cone-shaped osteotome with a hollow end. When used sequentially, the condensers allow prepping of the implant socket with no bone loss by vertically compressing the bone and pushing it apically (allowing it to elevate the sinus membrane and floor). Omnia condensers are designed to allow the clinician to use either cylindrical or conical implant systems, simplifying the organization of osteotome kits that include multiple implant shapes.
