Omnia features a complete range of angled titanium osteotomes for the expansion of the implant socket in soft bones. The universal implant expander set features cone-shaped osteotomes with a hollow end. When used in a sequence, they allow preparing the implant socket with no bone loss, by horizontally compressing the bone and adjusting crestal thickness according to bone density. Omnia expanders are designed to allow the clinician to use either cylindrical or conical implant systems, simplifying the organization of osteotomes kits that include multiple implant shapes.
